Are there any problems with 225/50/16 7" wide rim on a R? I would think it would rub, but I could be wrong. Thanks for your input.

Depends on how low you are. If that pic in the avatar is yours then yeah you'll rub. Depends on offset too.

I'm not sure, but the Mugen Integra Type R had 225's on 16" MF-10's.

Stock height, 225/45 16 on a 7" (JDM ITR) rim will rub at full lock.

225/50 is too tall

225/40 is the correct aspect ratio.

Depending on the tire and the offset of the rim - you can fit 225s on an R without modification

BPR - who rocks 225/40s on +50 offset 16x7s
