you'd be better off with coilovers. something that is stiff and dont absorb like how drop springs do. i had sportlines on before and every dip i hit the muffler would scrap and thats only a 1.8. now im on g/c with the same agx shocks and i barely scrap any more.

...maybe because the part that usually scrapes is flat now.

Man ******* search. Everyday someone is asking the same question about this
damn Exhaust System. In the past 2 weeks this has been covered with enough
information and pictures to get the idea or point by. So SEARCH!

The resonator scrapes only if i dont "crab" across speed bumps. So basically, never.....but you have to be cautious.

Just like he said...the resonator scratches and also, mainly the butt of the exhaust cannister and the area on the bottom of the cannister where the APEXi badge is. I only have eibach sportlines on my Civic and I still scrape alot of spdbumps and driveways! When your car is slammed that low, just make sure you don't drive anywhere you're not familiar with!
And not to stray too far off subject, but I wouldn't buy any of APEXi's N1s in the near future. Mine and a friend of mine have a bad amount of rust forming on the back of our cannisters and I just bought mine a year ago.

Do you have a hatch or a coupe?
The hatchback N1 routes under the LCA, which means that even a mild 2.5'' drop will mean the piping and muffler will sit literally an inch off the ground.
Coupes and 4 door units go over the LCA and provide much more clearance.
IMO I'd never buy an Apex-i N1 for a hatch because they simply sit too damn low.

I agree, my coupe is dropped 3 inches and it still has some clearance!, but on a hatch, that would be hella low!
