I am wondering how many of you FI guys use lsd's in your 300whp+ setups. I am basically done with my setup, and this is one thing i forgot/left out. How essential is it in the setup. Is a quafie the way to go? How much will this hinder quarter mile times. I am shooting for 350 whp and a low 12 high 11 1/4. Let me know!

What i would really like to know is what kind of 1/4 mile times can u pull with an open diff. I will have slicks so...

 

10's are capable on open diffs and stock axles, it's been done on here by several cars.

 

I bought huge slicks for this season, and after the turbo install next month I think I'm going to be selling my kidney for an LSD once I see what it's like to hobble a turbocharged peg leg down the quarter mile.
