Ok after i drive my car for a while... and stop and put it into park... the revs rise to 1500 rpms... then it seems like it stalls then starts again like the revs drop below 1k then come back up... like its cutting fuel or something...bt it does it in rapid sucession (1 time every 2 seconds) and it does it 4-5 times normally before it idles normal... its a 1991 accord f22a1

 

It's your IAC (Idle Air Control)

My 92 did it, along with my buddy's 92 prelude. Check that and your problem should be fixed.
