Default Question on JDM rear strut bar

I want to get the JDM ITR rear strut bar. I did a search and I am not sure if it is a direct bolt on without any cutting. I know that a lot of cut the panel covers above the shocks, but if leave the panel covers off, would the rear strut bar directly bolt on without rubbing the plastic around the shocks? Thanks in advance.

Yes, direct bolt on and no cutting if the covers are left off for the OEM version.

Yes it comes with both the trim and the template. The template can also be found hosted online at http://www.sandmracing.com

Does anyone near where to get the jdm rear tower bar? I can't even find a place where they sell it because it was discontinued.

About my user name to those who asked: I am not a troll. I have been a fan of the integra since 1995. The reason I chose my user name the way I did was because I had to remember a name that is memorable. I know that a lot of people put "Type R" decals on their car (not Type R) and those incidents are pretty memorable. In no way is my user name meant to offend anyone.
