Default RF Punch Series Subs - Opinions?

I might drop the idea of the Pioneer TS-W305C subs. The guy in town will charge me $110 each for them. Might call him for a price quote for a set of these.

Any opinions/comments? Thanks in advance.

That electronics store was going to charge out of my *** for the stuff. I totaled everything up, and it was around $1100 after everything was said, and done.

The guy who I'm going with now is a local guy. His distributor doesn't deal with JL, or Alpine. Probably every other brand out there except them two.

I already know what HU I'm getting. So I can scratch that off the list. Pioneer DEH-750MP for $289.

Plus, I just have to buy the components, and the guy in town will install everything for FREE. Just as long as I promise to spread his name around.

If you're looking for boom boom bass, those rockfords should do well. If u want sound quality, you're on the wrong side of the fence

if you put them in a bigger ported box you wont have any problem w/ them being loud as hell and have decent sq... i had a 15 inch hx2 in a big ported box and it was loud as a mother. it sounded really good too. much better than i had expected.
