Good price for R that needs work?

Based on the description, new transmission, oil leaking from the headgasket, new valve cover, it seems like this car was beat on a lot. Has valve springs and retainers in it but no aftermarket cam is listed, maybe had something aggressive in it and was reving high but took it out? But it may be a good deal for someone looking for a project car where they can rebuild the engine or something? I dunno if it's any good you guys check it out just wanted to make sure no one missed it.
