Default can you use air filter from AEM intake??

i was wondering if you can use the filter from an AEM intake to put on the compressor. i dont have my turbo yet and was wondering if anyone has ever done that before because i am not sure if it will fit. let me know. thanks alot

You can use whatever you like Filter, mesh, nothing (tho I wouldn't recommend it) etc... A filter is a filter, just that some will flow freer than others, and some will filter out more dirt than others... Just because its a turbo it doesn;t make it any different.

Yea it will work .. look into the Apex'i filter .. it's a quality piece!
