Default Im OFFICIALLY sprayin it dawg :)

Got rid of my car audio/bill lol for a brand new zex nitrous kit. I know its not the greatest but im only trying to run 13's and keep it from getting a beating daily.

JDM DC header is gonna be ordered sometime this week.
I have the aem cai
and a silly 2.5 cat back to a n1.

i wanna spray the 75 shot on it. I have 2 concerns.
1. will my clutch hold. I have the exedy clutch and pp combo along with lightened stock flywheel. will it hold the 75 shot?

2. Next is tech. If i use my chipped p28 and retard the timing 2 degrees at the ecu rather than just doing the dizzy rig will that work better?

I can actually make a stock agressive map for it, then have it so that at a certain rpm it pushes it back a good amount from keeping my silly b16 from blowing up.

Lastly did a search and found nothing useful. Anybody run into any problems whene installing there kit. i know its simple, but nothing is ever bolt on.

yea word from experience, the zex instructions suck! other then that the kit is easy.

my stock clutch held for like, umm about 1000ft on the 75 shot.
act extreme pp street disk works nice.

i ran a chipped p28 but was told now that it had no timing advance to it.

zex is cool but i would like to have a kit that will give me more, 75 is cool but i want more!

Seriously that kit was so easy to install you could probably do it without instructions! I have installed 2 and both with minimal stops. A few things you may want to get before starting:
mounting wood for the bottle or something of the sort, this will keep it looking cleaner.
T- adapters for the vacuum hoses. and make sure you have anough hose length for the install.
oh and fill the bottle before you do the install so you can test it afterwards!
If there is anyting else he needs please fill in, I havent even looked at nitrous stuff in 2 years so i forgot some stuff i am sure

hrm.
i got plenty of vaccum lines and tee's from my turbo project. so i doubt that will be a problem.
its basically just tps, pos, neg and wiring it up and mounting the bottle.

meh its simple.
fk if i can do turbo kits why not a bottle...

thanks for the info.
anything to add post it.

i ran a zex kit on my accord for ~8 months and my stock clutch finally went.
i would wait till it blows to replace it though,

not sure about the other questions, but, i ran a 65 shot with no timing retard, stock ignition.

where in this kit do you use t's for the vacume hoses? The only vacume stuff needed to do is simple and requires no t's. I belive the kit instructions imply something about t's or they make you think you need them.

yes the kit is easy to install, just don't go 100% by the instructions.
