i know this is broad, what i mean is which is the best gain, least lag, and at the same time least engine stressing turbo. It has to have the best combination of all aspects.thankx

 

while were on the subject... I was talking to a buddy of mine in Japan, and he told me about a turbine kit from Apex. I think it's the Apex AX53B60 Turbine Kit, if I wrote it down correctly. This kit is made specifically for the CTR and ITR I bleieve. So any of you guys heard about this?

 

In terms of all those and reliability..u'd prolly like the GSR greddy Kit.
Its the kit im currently running on my b18c5.

but if u want more the 250whp u should go custom and build the block, or atleast get a head gasket..cuz the greddy wont get u much more then 250whp..
