Do the numbers seem kinda low to anyone else I thought b16a's dynoed stock at 140 ish.

They dyno 140ish if they are lucky on a Dynojet. These numbers are from a mustang dyno, which reads lower.

decent increase on the top end

stock cams and timing?

lost some torque very low in RPM, what do you attribute that too?

yes

lost some torque very low in RPM, what do you attribute that too?


I make it a point to tune the motor "safe", my reduction in low rpm/high load timing is the main cause of the lower hp numbers in the low rpm area.

The B16B is rated at 185ps @ 8200 rpm and 118tq, with a 9k redline. Comes from the EK9 CTR... the motor is known as the "torqueless wonder" hehe.

hey jack.. i called you like almost a year ago, and asked if you had the software and such to tune my hondata. you didnt at that time. do you have it all now? i need to come down there and get some dyno time, and if so some tuning.
