Just curious why company took off alt belt,ac belt,ps belt?

Default Just curious why company took off alt belt,ac belt,ps belt?
I got my swap recently and I noticed they took off all of the accessories belts.I was going to change them anways but just curious as why they did? BTW they did not include the ac compressor. Would you have to remove all belts to take off the compressor?
