car wont start no fuel and no spark

i just put a 00 b20z in my 97 hatch. i used the stock civic harness. the car will crank over but wont start. fuel pump isnt turning on and im not getting any spark. someone please lead me in the right direction asap...my car ran fine before it was pulled. i have to get my car outa the garage tonight. please help me out!!
