I believe its OEM. Comes in a Honda bag for 96-98 civics. Ill get pics up as soon as I get my hands on a digi.
BTW, Im trying to confirm 100% that the ECU is a manual one before I sell it. So If anyone can help me out go to this topic I created. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=766971
