Default Lowering Springs for 99-00 Civic Si ???

Just wanted to know if any of you are just running on stock suspension with aftermarket springs, like tein, eibach, skunk2 . I am at stock height right now, I just wanted to see how your car looks with a 2 inch drop all around or 1.5 to 2inch all around. Preferably looking for pictures of 99-00 Civic Coupes please. Oh , by the way, If you are running after market springs on a stock suspension, does it bounce alot ?

Well I have a 2000 civic sedan, same suspension... I cut 2.25 off the springs on my **** and it's perfect. Cut the kinda tan bump stops a little. It rides great, not bouncy at all. It's actually a little stiffer. Maybe I didn't cut enough of the rubber stop but. I can take a corner on like never before. and I saved about $100 for something else, like my LS/VTEC project. Spent $250 for my LS had so much left over I started a ls/vtec project. But if your going to autocross it by all means get a real setup! Just my penny in.

I have ground control coil-overs on my 00si and they are great they ride really nice just stiff enough to make you fell like your driving a sports car. don't buy springs you will end up getting coil-overs anyways.

i dropped mine a good 2.5" its perfect not too low and i get great handling.

don't cut your stock springs please, its unsafe.

I was on Tein springs and stock shocks in this pic.

The drop was 1.9 in the front and 1.75 in the back....at least thats what the box said.

H&R Sports drop on stock shocks. Good ride to start, but I've got 95K Miles now and the stock shocks are BLOWN so it bounces like crazy now.

I'm happy w/ H&R sport and KYB AGXs, however, they have really settled and look like H&R races now. Been on the car for over 3 yrs.

since no one else has posted it, here is your request on Eibach's Prokit...(the ride is nice, but a lil too high...I am ditching them next week.) This pic is actually about 2 years old.

Nice pic Damon. Are you using Eibach Pro-kit on stock shocks?
Also are those bronze slipstreams? Looks good!!

Here's my Si with some Eibach Sportlines. I think it's a 1.8" drop???
Car rides real nice good handling, still need some new shocks

(sorry pic is a little dark to see the drop but trust me it's real nice and I'm glad I went with the Sportlines.)
