why dont you just draw your own "custom guages" on a napkin or something. it will work just as good and you save five bucks
actually theres many different grades of paper. you can even do it on photo paper or regular paper and laminate it.
you guys know if he got a bunch of si/ex clusters he could put the gauges and fool everyone into thinking theyre eg6 and make hella $, so no, i dont think hes high and actually think his idea is

i had no intention of scaming people into thinking it was a ctr cluster all i really need is the tach portion since i have a friend of mine who is willing to try this to his cluster. on translucent white photo paper he is going to print out the mph and fuel/temp gauges that i already posted. and use the ctr tach so that he has an si cluster with the ctr redline. i thought it was a neat idea so i told him i would try to find it. selling clusters as fake ctr's isnt something i could bring myself to doing.
no need for people to get all hostile like you did. its not even for me. i posted the same thing on clubsi its for my frend andrew in simi valley. sheesh.

i wanted to have marks on the speedometer telling me where my gears ended and where vtec engaged on each gear perhaps i'll print these out and trace them and make something of the sort (:

looks and sounds stupid.. but, i think it would come out pretty nice if you had a laser printer and you did it right.

It is a good idea, i'm planning to do the same for my car.. i've got some cheapo JDM gauges in km/h that came with it when i baught it. I removed the print which had been applied leaving the EL backlit part and baught some transfer paper to stick back onto the EL part.. the main reason i'm doing this is becuase i have a dodgy JDM to UK speedo conversion which looks crap....If you're careful it has potential to look very neat providing you use a good quality printer and are very careful when you apply the transfer..you've also got to worry about the ink fading over time which i guess ill just have to find out about in the long term...

hehe go ask kinkos or some photo place to do it for you
