Default b-series into 99 ex.....need help

im looking into the b series swap for my 99 ex. my main questions are if i need the mounts from a SI and if i can use my existing harness and not have to cut any wires. mainly, is the b-series a direct drop in???

okay here it goes:
it starts with something like this

then like this:

this is what you see the next day when you walk outside

and then you realize what you're about to put in

here's the mounts you need to buy before the swap so you don't panic when its time for install:

get it to this point and its just a matter of tightening bolts. yay!

any questions, just pm me - i'm bored and don't have anything else better to do than answer questions or jdmh22hatch

Oh its not bad at all. We knocked out Conor's asap. But he has the advantage, he's the "ignorant swap ****" haha. But nah, its pretty simple, and if you need help, feel free to IM either of us. Good luck

You don't need the mounts, you need the brackets off the motor mounts from an SI. Are you getting the same OBD?
