Type-R in the Cinncinati / Dayton area
Im new to the forums, and this is probly a repost, but I go to this one shop near dayton that has two ITR ST class race cars, an LS for NASA and SCCA, and are starting to build an RSX. Never in my life have I seen an ITR get so much dyno time, so if you need tuning, check it out. http://www.collettimotorsports.com
Definately good stuff

I go there for brake parts all the time, great guys up there at Colletti.
They showed up to the Expo last year at Beaver, and I would not be surprised to see them in west virginia this summer for Expo 4.
Anyone in central/southern Ohio should really give these guys any business that you can, they're awesome.

I was actually down at their shop today working on their web site. Found out that they have done 380+ pulls on one of their two ITRs. I never had a clue they had their cars tuning so much.
