13" Wheel VS. 15" wheel
I've been going back and forth on this for the last few months. Any thoughts
on a nice light 13" wheel with a 25" tall tire that weights in around 23 pounds.
Or going up to a 15" wheel and 26" tire that weighs 11 pounds more?
You would think adding another 22 pounds of rotating mass would be a real killer.
Is there any advantage to going with a heavyer wheel, they would be harder
to spin off the line for sure....
I would just hate to spend $800 and wind up going slower
Anybody building a 26" tall tire for a 13" rim????

personally, id go for the 13 inch wheel with the 25 in tall tire... its lighter...and there is more sidewall to take the impact of a launch.
26 inch tall tire for a 13inch wheel would be cool.

bigger rim = more MPH .....once you get rollin...you are gone...
i would say it depends on your combo and how much /less torque you have...
