Interior color: tan w/ black leather seats

My reason for selling is that I'm gonna get an awd drive car.

Pros:
-Looks Great
-No oil leak or any of the sort
-All maintenance are up to date
-New clutch
-00 gsr leather seats front+back
-00 front end
-gsr stock muffler
-gsr wheels

Cons:
-Paint fade spot on hood
-Need new rear shocks
-gas cover needs some paint
-no stereo

Sorry, the car has to go as a whole.

Forgot to mention the car has a clean title and clean carfax which I have in my hands as proof.
