A picture wont help you.

If its done just for aesthetics, set it where you want it and take it to an alignment shop to set the toe. If its for autox/track use, take it to the alignment shop and have them set the height to acheive whatever camber settings you are looking for (lower = more camber).

It is for auto cross, right now the NUESPEED springs i use (i'ma budget racer) are too low and i had problems last year. I want to make shure i have engouth clearence and that a 8" springs without having the spring effective slearence too low. Ovisouls as i make the spring lower i loose effective displacment of the spring. Therfor the closer i can get to 1/2" clearence above the wheel static, then the better i will have with clearence of the wheel.

Uh, ok...

Take it to an alignment shop and have it lowered to the desired camber. I would suggest -2 degrees up front and -1.5 in the rear with 1/8" toe out up front (total) and 0 toe in the rear.
