If it still runs, you should be ok. Any severe problems I would think would have happened by now, if they were gonna happen. (i.e. spin a bearing) You may have done some minor damage to the motor. I would get the compression tested and monitor oil consumption closely for the next couple of months. If you are consuming oil, you can try running a thicker oil (15/50). It won't get as thin when it is hot and it will help it stay in the oil pan.

Did you change the oil yourself, or did you have a shop do it? Because if the shop did it...

lol, no oil, whack *** noises...i'd be looking for a hole in the block haha.

i had a car back in the day that i threw a rod in and had a baseball size hole in the block. it broke on the upward part of the stroke aparently but ran just fine with the remaining three cylinders.

I went through a quart of oil every 2 weeks after that and drove the car for about 4 months before the rest went and I walked away.

hehe, cops called me and said the car was found on the highway, and I said "what!?!?! someone stole my car???" hehe, insurance paid for a new engine.

Dude..you need to have your car checked out by someone that knows what they are doing, or a mechanic.
