yikes, too much hostility! In fact the snorkel helps. Most engine mods for this car that are limited to using the stock ecu keep power levels up and might not make huge gains but keep the power from dropping. Such as a cold air intake or a t-stat or a intake manifold gasket.

I'm actually positive snorkel helps at higher speeds, at least it felt like it did when I had it. Looks cool too.
