JimFab crossmember with a 92-95 civic radiator
I've got a 91 Civic with a B16. I'd like to run a JimFab crossmember with a 92-95 civic radiator. Does anyone know if this setup will work right out of the box or what modifications need to be made to make this radiator fit? Will I have to fabricate any mounts or brackets?
I know that this has been discussed numerous other times (I apologize) but what’s the difference besides price between Z10 and JimFab? I know that there’s a clearance issue with TypeR headers with JimFab, but I’m not gonna be using one. Is there anything else?
Eventually I’ll be installing a turbo, hence the reason why I’m going with the 92-95 rad.
So which crossmember would you guys choose? thanx

thats a good question.I still need to install my jimfab bar. I have a C&R radiator for a GSR and I'm wonderinf if I need to fab a pair or brackets or a bar to the jimfab bar. BTW, I've had a Z10 bar.if you don't turn you steering wheel to full lock you will be ok, otherwise you will it it with your wheels or tires. with the jimfab bar, you can turn you steering wheel to full lock, plus it's cheaper. I speak from experience with the Z10, because, I own one and still need to install the jimfab. both are excellent quality.
There are no provisions on the JimFab for the EG radiator. The stock mounts won't work either. Time to get creative.

yep, plus the JimFab sits pretty close to stock so if you had an EG rad. it would most likly hit your hood. Time to get creative, like said above and weld some mounts on, or sell if for the place racing one.
