Hey guys, I am curious what RPM you are running at when you are driving at 60mph??

I ask because I am building a 90-92 Accord with my H23 swap. I would like to put the F22 5th gear in the H23 tranny so that he gets better gas mileage, or I will just go with the F22 tranny. Performance is not as big of a concern for him. Gas mileage is the primary concern.

You mean at 60 in 5th gear? I've never really checked, but I cruise at 80 mph in 5th at about 3000 rpms or so...

About 2400 at 60 for a F23.

 

at 60 in 5th? I'm thinking its lower then 2400, maybe even 2000
