Default (98-02) Accord Automatic Transmission Question

Does anybody else experience what I hear/feel? I have a 98 accord 4-cyl. with 116K. I hear a clicking noise going from first to second gear on my automatic transmission. Sometimes I can hear a clicking noise downshifting from second to first while coming to a stop. transmission fluid changed every 25k with Honda fluid. All other gears shifts perfectly with no noise. Should i be concerned or is this normal with age for honda's? Help is appreciated.

I think it's coming from the transmission. When i am at a complete stop and start to roll, I start to give a little gas and the RMP increase and i am traveling about 10 miles per hour when i can hear the clunk noise. The clunk noise sounds when the transmission is shifting to second gear. All other gears is perfect with no sound. Now, if i am at a standstill and i accelerate quickly, no sound and no clicking or clunking noise. When i start to come to a stop, sometimes i hear a click only. I think it's the transmission shifting from 2 to 1 and 1 to 2. Is this normal with honda age?
