i've got a B16A crx and am considering getting a kami header. however, i wasnt sure if the header sits any lower than stock. i'm concerned because my car is already lowered 1.5" or so. also, let me know if you guys like this header.

 

I had one on my 99 hatch.. wasent anything special. It didnt sit low but it wasent tucked .. I scraped it a few times, and it held up fine till I rolled the car.

also, i'm specifically looking for people that had a JRSC with it since i've heard the header sucks N/A

 

I have 3 out of 4.

Lowered w/Eibach pro Kit
JRSC
and the Kami header
no B series

All I can say is yes, it's the closest part to the ground.

I can clear a 2X 4 (standing on edge) but that's it.

And no, I've never scraped mine yet.


Oh, another thing....

Get a better gasket than the paper one that comes with the thing, available @ your local auto parts.

That header is great on the stock 1.6 or the ZC...... I wouldn't recomend using this header cause of the "short" primaries. The Vtec engines need long primaries. The stock headers are really good save up and get the good stuff Rob
