Default what spring rates should i get with these coilovers?????

http://www.gbauto.net/forum/vi...art=0

not sure if that's a repost....but I think I'm gonna get in on that. But I'm not sure what springs rates I should get....since they're in kg/mm.

Fully adjustable(36-way dampening(51mm shocks), ride height)
Custom Spring rate(3.5, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, and 22 kg/mm)

my car is a street/strip car...but I drive hard as hell around where I live. I live in the mountains...foothills...so there's a lot of good driving to be had. I need something that'll be responsive and handle well, but still be decent for daily driving. I'm not worried about at the strip, because I can just preload the HELL out of them...so no biggie.

any help will be greatly appreciated!

i posted here because I need to know springs rates for a hard driven car. Just becasue I strip my car doesn't mean that I don't like to have it handle nicely.

damn, feels like the ITR forum all of a sudden in here.....:shivers:

but anyways, I plan to HPDE it at least once this year, and possibly an autocross. AT MINIMUM...touring laps at Lowes, VIR, and possibly SP...at the ECHC race. So I don't wanna get out there with some shitty suspension and a decent engine...ya know.

When you use the car to drive hard in a controlled environment (not mountain runs and touring laps) come back and ask.

Because "you plan to" doesnt really have any relevance, sorry. This discussion is just not appropriate for this forum.
