Default New to the board

Hey,

I'm new to the board. I race an '89 Integra in STS Solo II. I know this car is old school, but the buy in was nice and low. I got back into the sport last year after a few years absence....this time with a dedicated car.

I'm getting set to do my first ProSolo here in Atlanta this weekend. I'm also doing the Evolution this Thursday....good way to prep

-Erik

And I think thats a good STS platform. Not *the* car to have like the '89 Si, but still a nice option.

Welcome to the board. We occasionally autocross in Atl and might see you sometime. Red Neon #57/157.
BTW - stay away from those two asses named Ryan and Casey up there. Sure, they come across like real nice guys at first but if you turn your back they start letting air out of your tires and changing your shock settings.
That Emmit dude as well. I think he's their lookout.

I guess that makes my car just plain "old."

Welcome.

Welcome to H-T

I think it's excellent that you have a dedicated car and you're taking the time for an Evo School. It's a good amount of seat time, and it's nice to have split times printed out so you can see how you "really" drove.

Good luck at the ProSolo!

How's it goin?

I noticed you on the entry list for the prosolo, but thought I had never noticed a blue integra in STS at the local events.

So are we gonna be seeing more of you this year?

More competition = more fun... even if i lose to it.

Thanks all for the welcome. I'm getting psyched for the school/ProSolo. I plan to attend the Friday practice to get familiar with the tree.

somethingoranother: The car was running HS last year and is now set up for STS. I was tired of getting romped by those Mini's and I can't leave well enough alone.

another local on here. Welcome to STS. We've got a lot of good guys in our region who are all very nice and fun to race against.

I only sabatage scotts(catch22) tire pressures though. Thats what he gets for stealing my car to drive.

This is also a great website. Tons of great information/opinions.

See you at the prosolo. I can't wait.

If I remember right I was actually beating you after 3 runs there Mr. Tire Sabotager.

I understand that you were a little distracted by your "ballast" though.

Scott, who is still amazed at how good Ryan's car is and how little he has in it.
