Does anyone on this forum have the Skunk2 coilover kits fitted on their EP3. Ive been told they are specifically made for the Si, and am just wondering whether they will fit straight onto a Type R..... i cant see there being any difference, but what do i know

 

Aren't the Skunk2 coilovers targeted for the US market (only Si, no CTR)? I'm pretty sure it will fit the CTR.

 

it should fit, but how can I say this. skunk 2 stuff sucks. if you put these on you are going to get loose suspension.

 

Lo vert m8, fancy seeing you here. Just to let you know re suspention I am deff going for the spoon springs. After seeing Andy (Sumo) hooning it round brands hatch and blitzing M3, R33 Skyline, and a Carrera 4!!

Ok that was also due to the fact that he has Spoon mono blocks fitted so out braked almost everything (my next purchase after springs).

So you're gonna go with the spoon progressive springs? I thought id get some opinion from the other side of the pond.....not looking too favourable for skunk2!!
Maybe i'll wait to see what your setup is like...

I am actually running Skunk2 on my DC5 and they are great, nice smooth ride but little bouncy on those little dips.
