Removing stitched logo from racing seats

if one were to go as far as removing the stitching off of a seat, why wouldn't you just get the knockoff brand w/o brand on the seat at all?

Because they arent as good
people dont always buy seats just for the name theres quality that goes into these products with a name and if he already has them he cant do much about it anyway NOT that i dont like replica's my link is to a thread where i have baught SRD replicas i like em but you cant compare them

I understand.. but if you are going to get a set of name brand seats and spend the money for them why bother taking off the stiching? I see no point in it.
