Default help me out with this little problem

i got this jumper harness from a member on hondatech its a 99-00 OBD2 to OBD1 made by blown90hatch ...i need a little help becasue its not fittin in right...i think i got the worse one ....are their two different versions?...please help..thanks

UH well if someone made it (not factory) there could be indefinite #'s of versions. I don't think we have enough info (plus this may not be the best place to post this problem)
