Alright, ive had much debate about goin turbo or NA and i wanna stay NA. so im wonderin what can i do to get my car runnin pretty fast? wut kinda exhaust, cams, etc etc? anyone know any good setups?

Question has been addressed many a time. Search is your friend. I am too though, and since I'm bored:

the basics would be intake, header, exhaust, and high-flow cat.

Depending on how nuts you wanna get with your setup, there's different types of cams out there. '01 ITR and CTR cams will give you good gains for not as much money as some aftermarket brands, but aren't as aggressive as Skunk2's or Toda's. I went with Toda A's myself because I got them at such a good price used from a friend. If I were to buy brand new cams, I think I'd like to try RS Machine cams... I recommend you do a search on those.

 

You should do A LOT of reading/researching, and then come to your own decision. Much luck.
