How much and how hard is to find a hydro LS tranny?

Default How much and how hard is to find a hydro LS tranny?

For the future when I break something, how much are they usually, how hard to find are they, and where is the best bet to find one, thanks.

They can usually be had for less than $500 and are rediculously easy to find.

yea thats what ill be buying..i have an engine with 77,000 and an ls trany with 260,000 and the input shaft bearing is shot so time to save for a GSR (if i can find one) but i know i can get a ls hydro tranny for 250 with 30,000

damn i wish i could get them that cheap....usually they run between $400-$550... i have been looking for a bit now and the lowest i have found was $400 and thats in good condition...if it gets much lower theres probably something wrong w/ it..
