Default HELP: HOW DO I GET MY SPEEDO TO WORK?

Installed an ITR engine in my 88 crx. Using the YS1 cable tranny with QUAIFE lsd. The speed sensor from the 92-93 YS1 tranny isnt reading with the QUAIFE. Am I out of luck with getting the speedo to work ever? Is there another sensor i could buy or get so that the speedo will work? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!!!!

i can turn the cable's end and make the speedo work with my fingers so i know the cable and cluster work. it worked 'till i did the swap. the speedo gear itself isnt fitting into the grooves in the diff.
