205/40-16 is an inch smaller than stock and much less likely to rub (but more likely to get bent rims due to tiny sidewall).
I have a 3" drop w/ 205/50 ES100's on stock wheels, no rubbing issues whatsoever.

I am running no camber kits, and about -2.5 camber in front. After 15K miles I noticed some wear on the inside edges, so in an effort to extend the lives of the tires till I graduate in May, I flipped the tires around on the wheels and remounted them so the previously outside edges are now on the inside. It's been almost 25K miles now since I bought them.

I'm running H&R race springs with 205/55/15 tires. It does rub sometimes when turning sharp, such as in a parking lot. Oddly, it doesn't rub when turning really hard. The rub really doesn't bother me though. I'd recommend 205/50 or lower.

exactly. the smaller sidewall leaves less tire to absorb impact from bumps etc. the recommended 16" size for integras is 205/45/16
Also on a 15" rim, 205/55 is too big as well. and quick question... did you buy that car from a guy named Vu?

Yeah i got some H&R sport springs and some tokcio adj. shocks and they rub like a mother.... if i am going fast and hit a bump it rubbs. or if i turn hard. i adj. my shocks stiffer but that did not help much just alittle.... i am on stock 14 ls wheels ... but my tires are really big i guess so that is maybe why. Im about to put my 17" back on my car cuz winter is almost over so i hope it stops rubbing cuz the wheels are smaller
