Default Still in disbelief!!!

Type R #1316 is gone forever. Last Saturday i spent the night at my girlfriends house, here in the sanfernando valley. When i woke up sunday morning i find out that my ride is gone. I dont know if u guys know the feeling of what im talking about but i hope u guys will never have to go through that experience. in my state if confusion me and my girlfriend goto the manager and ask if they towed away my car, because the management and my girlfriend dont really get along and i was kinda hoping she was just being a bitch and had my car towed away, since it was parked in a residence of the apartment. She says that she didnt have any car towed but she did say that she saw two hispanic males inside my car, and she thought that it was theres so she didnt say anything!!! after explaining to her that the car was mine she gave a description of the two theifs. they probably broke my window to get in because there was all this broken glass everywhere. i had some priceless **** in my ride too, like my high school diploma, letters, pictures. This **** isnt fair, ive been dreaming of owning my Type R every since 7th grade, and ive been busting my *** to save up for my car. and then i finally did. Im must of spent 3000 on upgrades as well witch i think is not gonna be covered on my insurance. I just got my Jdm headers!!! like a month ago. i also had my teins. aem cam sprokets aem pulleys, cpu upgrade!!!!!! I cant believe that someone can just take away my most prized possesion like that. Well id like to thank all u guys who helped me with my ride through the years, and ill drop by every once in a while and keep in touch. im still trying to cope with this ****

ALL I GOT TO SAY TO U GUYS IS PLEASE BE CAREFULL, YOU DONT REALIZE WHAT U GOT TILL ITS GONE.

I know exactly how you feel man, even worse actually. My car was burned to the ground right before my eyes on my driveway one night and I later found out it was my ex-gf who did it. I had some pretty valuable stuff in there too like my video camera, my expensive *** college textbooks and some other things. Anyways, the arson investigators cant find that bitch and it's so frustrating because I just want this **** to come a close. I hope it all works out for you man.

Sorry to hear that man. I've had my entire sound system stolen before (not as bad as what happened to you), so I know the feeling. Thieves must die.

I have that same effect on women...

I don't think I've had a relationship end without guns being pointed at me and/or shots fired. And, of course the gratuitious property destruction.

Before you go upgrading your car, upgrade your alarm, i lived in Fresno with my type-r and Fresno is like notorious for car theft, any good alarm with pager and backup battery and hood lock would be worth a lot more to me than a header.

What year was it? If it was 2000 and up, they must of had a horrible time dealing with the immobilizer system. I heard that **** is hard to start up. In order to steal it, you either have to tow it away, or be a really good with dealing with wires.

trust me, it's not only a chip. I worked with Honda's. There is a chip in the key. The key has to be stuck into the igntion, which has 2 black boxes covering it that are individually coded, which reads the key, to see if it matches. then it sends a messages of some sort to the ecu, which must also have a matching code with the key, then it tells the fuel injectors not to cut off. this all makes it too difficult to steal a 00-01 itr. the only way it is possible is if someone has a lot of time on their hands, to spend atleast 45 minutes in the car, to do a lot of rewiring, or if they tow it away. that's why i was always curious as to how 00-01 itr's got stolen. i know they key code is very effective. the car cannot be started up with just a simple screw driver. it takes a someone who knows what they are doing, and has experience to get the car started up, without having the injectors get cut off.
