Can i use stock motor mounts?

Default Can i use stock motor mounts?

I'm going to drop a b18a1 into my 88 civic hb i was wondering if i could use the oem mount from the integra or do i got to buy some aftermarket ones? And wut wiring harness do i use?

you can ghetto cut your mounts, but you'll probably want to buy a mount set. they are cheap enough. The wiring will be easy as an xlaxed bowel movement.

Use the harness thats on the car now and modifly it to work with the B18

it depends on what model civic you have

is your car already multiport? if not you will have to do a multiport conversion.

you will have to buy a mount kit...it makes things easier....i would get same brand and but thier shift linkage also. every maker of different kits positions the motor differently therefore finding the proper shift linkage can become a problem

so stick with the same brand

the model is dx and its duel. i think imma half to do the mpfi conver. u guys know a cheap mount kit? and i thought i could use the ls shift linkage with a lil cutting. wut it b betta if i used a si harness?
