Autox/Track/Street 1994 Civic For Sale in Seattle

This 1994 Honda Civic EX was purchased brand new on April 16th, 1994. I am the original owner and have had this car since I was 17 years old. What started out as a fun daily driver has turned into a summer weekend fun car. It has 86,XXX miles on the body and right at 20,000 miles on the motor.
I am a detail fanatic and it shows with my civic (as it does with my other vehicles). There are no dings, dents scratches. The body is in perfect shape and there are only a few rock chips, only what one would expect from driving in the rock infested Pacific Northwest.
I have every maintenance record for this vehicle since new except for maintenance done by me. Oil has been changed at the very least every 3-5K miles or 3 months, whichever comes first, usually the 3 month interval arrives first.

I would second that vouch for Zach. That is one of the best prepped Civics I have seen. You have me considering it man.

I can't believe you're selling your ride. I thoroughly enjoyed watching and LISTENING to it at the autocrosses.
If I could I would but I can't.
Great car, good luck.

Another bump for Mr. Clean.
Like he said, he's a detail fanatic. I know Zach and I've witnessed this car on the dyno and seen the graph. There's no hick-ups at all. The graph lines are the straightest/smoothest I've ever seen. It's perfectly tuned, in perfect condition with all the right stuff.

Yet another vouch for Zach (aka Mr. Clean).
I have only met him twice at the Bremerton National tour but very time I looked up he's cleaning that car again! Should I even mention that he tire shined his race tires?

I can vouch for zach also. This car is probably one of the more complete package/well tuned track cars I have ever seen. But what the hell do I know, I just have a bunch of VW's
. Anyway, this is a very nice well sorted out car, and this dude cleans his car all the time...dood was out washing it the other day in 38 degree weather

As stated above this car is in impecable condition!
I will personally vouch for Zach.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I met a buyer today and he gave me a non-refundable deposit. The roll bar, motor mount inserts, steering wheel are out, air bags, cruise, stock wheel back in. Ride height is set to where he wants it.
The cage has found a new home, it was actually installed in a very deserving hatch as soon as it was out of my car. A friend of mine has my harness and momo wheel. The parts will go to good homes and it appears the car will too.

that would be me
I'm stoked on the new setup, but that's a different topic.
All I can say about Zach's car is WOW
I have never seen a cleaner 5th gen Civic......
and good luck to Jaison, the prospective buyer, as he was going to purchase my Apexi kit awhile ago before his car was stolen, but he'll be getting a much better car now

that is one amazing coupe!
you dont see many coupes this nice nowadays,
especially with the lightweight hatchback craze.
but this one is very impressive,
its got the power, and the massaged to perfection suspension.
Really, your suspension is probably what I would do if I had more money.
or if I wasnt a dumbass(I shoulda bought some cheap *** used or even blown konis and hadem revalved, instead of buying new neuspeed konis
anyways, mad props on this car,
best of luck selling. that price is a steal

Make sure Jaison gets a good alarm(unless the current one is good enough) and some other little security items. Would suck to loose another car, especially one that is prepped this nicely.

Thanks again guys for the kind words. The new owner picked her up today. If he has at least half the fun I did w/ her he will get more than his money's worth.

Thanks again Zach, car is a dream
Sucks that I can't take it with me yet. I was thinking about going with custom plates that say PART2 hahaha. Its like my car was away at a weekend spa and just came back rejuvenated
For anyone who cares, here's what she looked like when they found her
