smog - soon to be new owner
Hello
after purchasing a used 2001 s2k - someone mentioned that i didn't need to get a smog certificate before i went to the DMV to register the car - since the car is over the year 2000 - new emission laws? Is this true? I'd hate to wait in the line and get turned back - any ideas?
