Vaccum hoes question?

Hey was sup guys - I'm running a b16a and added a Type R throttlebody and intake manifold. The thing is that on the bottom of the R throttle body it has two connectors (left and right) that you hook up to vaccum hoses. On my b16 T/B it had a little valve on top where near the TPS you hook up the smaller hoses to. The hoses are running from this black cylinder devices under my fuel filter. I need some tech help I'll get a pic up and running with in the hour. I looked in my helms book and i'm lost can't find any real info on it.

i keep my hoes hooked up by keeping my pimp hand strong..
i keep my hoses attached in the car..
sorry, but you did it over and over again, i had to say something..
and that black canister is known as the evap canister I assume. I don't have one(took it out).. It, supposedly, should just help with emissions stuff.. Other than that, I can't really discern a question from your post..?

If the vaccum hoes [sic] can suck the chrome off a trailor hitch, send her over my way.

Those two hoses on the bottom aren't vacuum lines. They're for coolant. 3/8" hose.
The long nipple on top is for the EVAP purge. 5/16" or 1/4" hose.

I got a chance to read up on the EVAP system. It's the hoses coming from the charcoal canister. I noticed that on my Type R manifold there is a valve on the back right in the middle that my friend capped off - wondering if maybe perhaps something should be plugged up.
