Are the Hood and Feders from a sedan interchangable with a coupe / hatch?
Can you take a hood (or fenders) from a sedan and use it on a coupe or hatch (or vise versa)?
Can you take a hood (or fenders) from a sedan and use it on a coupe or hatch (or vise versa)?
I am 99% sure that the hood and fenders from the sedan will not interchange with the hatch/coupe. The headlights are different, thus the openings on both the hood and fenders are different. If you had the headlights, bumper, hood, and fenders together they would all swap car to car - I have seen people put a coupe front end on a sedan - again they had to use all the front end parts though.

Have you dont this before?
Because civicminded92 said they arent' directly interchangeable without replacing all the front end parts

I posted in your other thread and no, they are not interchangeable. The 2/3 door use different corner lights and bumpers, so they are not the same. If you have ever seen a 2/3 door front end on a 4 door you either have to cut up the bumper to make it fit or weld the 2/3 door fronts of the fenders onto the 4 door rear half of the bumpers.

You're the man.
I know you said the correct thing, but as it happens to me in threads, nobody will believe just one person, reguardless if they are right or not. I give the credit to this man here!!

Ok here is a 100% verified answer for you.
Sedan vs 2 door hb/coupe
The entire front end is different except the headlights. Secondly YOU CAN use certain things if you really must, like hood (it won't close properly as it's too long), and fenders will have huge gaps where the corner lights are since sedan corners are bigger.
So technically YOU can use the parts but they don't fit properly, but do fit to a usable extent. But as you can see the parts are totally different, only the headlights are the same.
Good luck.

Exactly. Different corners, different bumper covers, more work than it is worth to make it work.

It's not that I didn't believe you, but when someone comes on with conflicting info, it gets me unsure of the answer...but plenty have assured me that the front end of a Sedan is not an exact replacement for the front end of a coupe/hatch.
