Sorry sickstyle83, I didn't mean it like that. =]
Most of the time, people ask the same questions over and over when they forget that a good search will normally find their answers. Trust me, this topic has been beaten to the ground. Sometimes it takes a little self initative to find what you're looking for instead of just asking for it... but all and all, I didn't mean to sound like a jerk.
In answering your questions: The LS doesn't have anything out of the ordinary as compared to the other models. The car gets the job done with it's features unless leather is an absolute necessity than I would have to say the GS. Some GSRs come with leather too.

It depends a little on the year as well.
Basically everyone got it right between the differences of the RS/LS/GS. But not all RS's don't have power anything. Some RS's have black mirrors, some have color matched mirrors. Some have black side mouldings, and some have color matched mouldings. Every model above the RS has color matched body mouldings/mirrors.
GS comes equipped with a spoiler while you have to pay for it as an option for the RS and LS. 1997 and before, the LS came with hubcaps while the GS had alloy wheels. After 1997, the LS came with mesh alloy wheels. After about 1998 (Not sure exactly), they got rid of the LS and only had the GS and RS. Or was it the other way around....either way, they got rid of one model.
Each model had slightly different wheels/hubcaps depending on the years as well. To a "well trained Integra owner", you can pretty much narrow down the year of any Integra just by looking at it.
The GSR and Type R, as well as the Japanese eqivalents are totally different, but you didn't ask, so I won't tell. Hehe.

Is your LS black?
Anyway, I'm speaking about 94+ Integras. I'm not sure how the previous generations work.
Also, since you said it was painted, maybe they put on the black mouldings afterwards and didn't paint them to save on costs. Maybe the bodyshop that fixed it thought it was an RS and just did it that way purposely and the owner didn't care. Could be lots of things.

I think he means RS. Look at his post....the R is capital, and the S is lowercase.

hey grneyedwhtboi... not sure if you're a member of http://www.g2ic.com, but since you live in the west coast area, there is a thread about a big weekend meet in sacramento for summer(WCM04). check it out.
good to see some vegas members with g2's.

Yeah ur right about that, but RS integras do come with power mirrors and windows and on a comparitive dyno they do have an advantage on the lower rpms against the itr and gsr
