ITR turbo set-up Radiator????
I will be turboing my ITR in the next month or two I have been searching every post that I can find and I have came up with two solutions. The first one is go with Full Race Kit or go Custom
Custom Kit includes:
Here is a little list I put together:
* Turbo (I recommend Precision SC50...that's what I'm getting!)
* Turbo Exhaust Manifold (Inline Pro, Full-Race, Lovefab)
* Wastegate (TiAL 38mm)
* Blowoff valve (HKS SSQV, Tial, Blitz DD)
* Intercooler (Precision, Spearco, PWR)
* Intercooler piping (InlinePro, REVHard)
* Downpipe (3" Custom)
* Vacuum lines
* Hoses
* Clamps
* Tee's
* Oil feed line (Flamenco-T on HT)
* Oil return line (Flamenco-T on HT)
* Vacuum manifold (You can get one from McMasterCarr)
* Bigger Injectors (Precision 525cc or RC550cc)
* Fuel Management (Hondata s200b)
* OBD-II to OBD-I conversion harness
* Fuel pump (Walbro 255lph hp)
* Oil Catch can (not needed, but recommended)
* NGK spark plugs (NGK7E)
The only thing that I have not found an answer to is do I need to change my radiator?????
I will be keeping my AC and power steering.
Reason for keeping AC is it gets hotter then Hell in the summer time. and with the HONDATA it will turn the AC off when it gets to a certain throttle point.

i still have my stock one,i have no problems with over heating, i run a 50/50 mixture and 1 container of reline water wetter. i just had to put a flex-alite fan on the other side for clearance with the turbo. if your gonna run a/c you'll probably need two fans
You might want to.... overheating can be a problem, and without a good radiator it could cause you a problem as well.....
you don't have to though. they are cheap... 300 or so.

depending on the manifold you choose, you might have no choice b/c of the lack of room, so if you pick lovefab or fullrace, u'll have to pick up a civic one so u can fit the manifold

I was looking at that one but was unsure if I could keep my stock radiator or have to get a Civic one. If I do go with the Lovefab will I still be able to keep my AC?
Thanks for the help!!

Thanks....
That was the answer I was looking for. Looks like I am getting the sidewinder. are there any more other parts on the rest of the kit that I have put together these lats two months by looking all over HT for information on custom set ups that any of you would change.
Thanks....

Thanks for all of the help that every one is giving me if any one has any other information that I might need on making the direction the turbo set for my ITR please let me know. All of the information is listed above so if you see something that I might need to change let me know.

I have the sindwinder on my ITR. Unless he has changed the design you will not be able to get 2 fans in there. The turbo nearly touches the radiator. You will have to mount a pusher fan somehow if you want 2 fans. I am just using one fan and a Fluidyne radiator.
Also you will have to wrap the header or make a heat shield for it cause it puts off so much heat that you will over heat and bake off the paint on the hood.
some things to consider....

is this for any header or just the one you're talking about? i'd rather not bake paint off my hood.

Thanks for the information on the inline pro. But will I able to keep my AC?? Or is this a question that I should call Inline Pro about?

you should be able to keep a/c and power steering with inline pro manifold
