Default Idle/Choke

I have a 1995 Integra LS, when I start it the engine always revs at 2,000 until its at half temp then like 1500 until the engine is at full temp then it runs at a healthy 800 rpms. I was wondering if anyone knows how to lower the choke so when I start my car it only revs to around 1,300 but stays at 800 rpms at warm idle?

Fast Idle Thermo-Valve (FITV). Your car doesn't have a choke - that's only for a carburator.

Maybe take off the FITV & see if there's anything loose or coming apart? Clean it so it doesn't stick open? Other that that, I don't think they're really adjustable.
