i suppose 'budget' is a relative term. I'll post some general $ numbers when i get a chance to list everything out.

PS - this is why the Mini project is on hold.

this to fix the stranded R, I assume(by you saying why the mini is on hold)..?

looks like it's coming together nicely.. i'm very curious as to what cost you've incurred..

yes, this is to fix his R. The budget numbers are so funny. D is so cheap. But the **** looks nice in person.

eh.. a quick estimate from my head. probably missed something somewhere.

Parts:
Topline ITR .25OS slugs/rings - $180
Bearings - $100
Main/Head Studs - $180
GSR Rods (2 Free - Thanks Bert-O!)
Oil Pump - 80
Water Pump - 60? (cant remember)
Rear main seal - 13
Valve Seals - 11
Head gasket - 50
Oil pan gasket - 19
Upper Gasket kit - 36
Misc OEM bolts/nuts - 10
Tensioner/Timing belt - 90ish
Rod bolts - 35

parts ~800ish

Machine work:
Crank grinding - $75
Block Hone/Rod Resizing - $150
Piston Pin-fitting - my time
Port work - my time and $50 worth of carbide burs/sandrolls
Head Surfacing - my time

labor ~300ish
