I've never notice how different the Mugen lips to the Moogen lip look nothing alike. The Mugen looks like WW and the moogens are like...like.. I dunno what there like.

I just never really noticed how different they looked? How in the hell can they even call that a replica. What are they replicating?

The Wings West RS kit was made to look like the Mugen DC2 SIRG front lip, but they have the two holes. Those MOOGEN lips that they sell now on ebay and other sites that sells replicas are the replicas of the 99-00 civic mugen lip, that's why they look so different.

 

If you're referring to the EG6 Mugen lip, Wings West copied it, and offered it as a cheap alternative. It doesn't sit on top of the bumper like the Mugen lip.
With the knock off lips being offered on ebay, online, etc, there's a replica that emulates the EK Mugen lip, that fits the 92-95 Civics.
