I have an EG with there old mount, they said that the mount is defective. Therefore it places the engine kind of off and this in turn cause the polyurethane to crack or rip on the back mount. I had asked them isn't this covered under warranty? they said no. But they are willing to sell me a new set of non defective mount, do you guys think this is fair?. I am a fair person, but when a company that makes a mount that is defective they should warranty it. There warranty states life time warranty of defect, this is a lie and I am reporting them to the BBB.

BBB won't do **** unless HCP is a member of BBB. and if they are, all they will do is put them in their database as a compliant against HCP....WOW! if you want someone to do something about it, then report them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Damn that b.s. , I cant believe they wont hook you up with a replacement. I have the new ones for the h22 and I've heard they replaced all the bushing with energys. I hope all works out ...........

 

My big mistake for going with HCP, I heard alot of good things about hasport.

call the bereau of automotive repair i had to do that when a company was not a bbb member!!!
