i need open ended stock acorn style lugnuts. i have seen them over the years on some cars, but i have searched, but came up empty handed. i need them so i can use stock wheels with my extended studs. anyone know where to get these? thanks.
Stock wheels? CRX spec, I think DA integs with alloys, I'm sure a ton more. Just go to the dealer and tell them what you're looking for, they should have a box full of them lying around, about $1 a peice

Any Honda Alloy wheel which had a cap over the lug nuts has them. i.e. Del sol wheels, 94-97 Accord EX, DA Integra's, etc etc

Maybe not. But for $25, you can get a set of 20 of the locking ones - not particularly expensive...

Yeah, if he's askin for open ended lug nuts, sounds like they're for his race civic with extended studs. I'm sure he doesn't want to futz with the key at competitions but, I could be wrong.

I'd keep them around. You know how you like losing your nuts all the time.

i can only assume rodney has aftermarket wheels with conical nut seats (that makes me laugh
) so the honda nuts with spherical mating surfaces will not work. then again, rodney has as much loose metal in his head as his knee so you really can't be sure

Bwahaha....

It's a good bet they're aftermarket, and clearly to fit his extended studs as mentioned
Unless Honda offered 8 1/2" wide fronts and 7" wide rears like that stock at one time or another.

If he's using the wheels that I spoke to him about on the phone recently, then he'll need aftermarket style open ended lugs... mazda = aftermarket style too... NOT honda acorns!
