I want a 96-00 hatchback... but only in white and I heard that they only make white Ek hatches in 00... so I was wondering if I was to paint one with the car painted, door jams, and hatch ( maby even strip down the interior and get them to paint it also) what would it run me. Tell me what kinda money ya'll put out.

 

depends where you can find deals. usually for a full color change you're looking at around $3,000. my friend is getting a complete color change for $1,200 because the guy at a shop said he would do it on the side in his own garage. just look around for deals, but make sure its quality

 

what about just to re-do the same color? will that be expensive?

 

Depends on how much body work needs to be done. Dings/Dents/Etc. have to be taken into considering.

For a quality color change you are looking at $2500+
For a quality repaint (same color or a like color) $1500+
